Went for hajj with this company. From the off, they were helpful, answered all my questions without being irritated by how many I asked (it was my first time), and overall really supportive.
The package price was very reasonable and I was informed of everything flights, itinerary, and hotels beforehand. We knew exactly what we were getting before we left and this was stuck to. The religious aspects were covered in detail beforehand, and the operators were really knowledgable in this regard.
Whenever you got for Hajj you will realise that there will be delays here and there because of the sheer volume of people that the Hajj ministry have to deal with but this is no fault of the travel companies.
Having heard horror stories from other colleagues who have been for Hajj regarding operators who are not interested as soon as you hand the money over, I was really pleased.
Would highly recommend if you want a personal, professional, but mostly importantly a a caring service. A breath of fresh air amongst a sea of rogues.
